Legal Expenses and Contracts

As a standard part of your Site Insurance cover we provide a Legal Expenses policy, which may assist you if you wish to take legal action against a contractor or other professional involved in your project. However the Legal Expenses team can only take over a claim where a written contract is in place with the professional concerned. We can offer a package of standard contract templates which you can use to create written contracts with the people involved with your build. The cost of the package is €49.

Should you choose to take advantage of this offer, the cost of the Legal Expenses cover will be reduced from €105 to €73.50.

  6. You are using a Professional Team who have appropriate Professional Indemnity Insurance.
